Louisiana Crawfish Time’s roots began back in 1995, while still in my senior year at USL. I Co-founded one of Lafayette's first drive drive thru crawfish establishments. Five years later I sold my share in that first venture and opened Louisiana Crawfish Time.
The timing was horrible; 2000 was the worst crawfish season in history. However, I knew that our crawfish were unmatched in taste and quality. I was confident that if the restaurant could make it through this very difficult year it would be a huge success. Years of hard work and a commitment to serving quality products have made us one of Acadiana's favorite boil houses. The success of this restaurant has far exceeded my wildest dreams and allowed me to expand the business in several different directions. Louisiana Crawfish Time now has a very successful catering business, wholesale business and online store. First and foremost I would like to thank God for allowing me this opportunity. I would also like to personally thank my family, friends and employees. Finally, I would like to say thank you to the many loyal customers that continue to choose Louisiana Crawfish Time.
